Hello shipmate!
Things are hotting up here on the starship and not only due to the UK’s current sweltering temperatures.
It’s less than a week until Heaven’s Envoy goes live at most online bookstores!
Have you ever wished you were a god?
It’s a high-falutin ambition, that’s for sure, and, as Matty Sheldrake discovers, the experience isn’t necessarily all it’s cracked up to be.
(If you’re new to the Interstellar Fleet series, you can currently get all the books at a discount - including the preorder for book four, Destiny Adrift - at the ship’s store.)
The reviews are already coming in, and they’re great:
Another excellent chapter in the adventures of Matty Sheldrake.
A great third installment in this series.
I am definitely a fan of this series and can hardly wait for Book 4.
What’s more, Barnes and Noble has selected it as a Top Indie Favorite.
Don’t miss next week’s ship’s bulletin for your New Release Alert.
SHIP’S LOG
Another piece of news to share is that you can now listen to Mission Improbable, Carrie Hatchett, Space Adventurer book 1, on YouTube.
I’m currently organising new covers for the entire series. I love them, and I’ll share them with you over the next few weeks.
Your captain has also been baking again.
A few months ago, I decided to avoid buying foods that contain palm oil because its production is so environmentally destructive.
Unfortunately, palm oil is in most biscuits and many cakes, so now I’m forced to make my own.
This week’s effort was bread pudding. It’s surprisingly tasty considering it’s made from stale bread crusts.

There's nothing wrong with bread pudding! I was almost brought up on it, made by my mum and full of healthy, nutritious things, well, maybe not the sugar bit, but everything else was. I still love it today but haven't made any for many years. I think I still have mums recipe!
